When you create an account or use NeuralQ, we collect:
- Name and email address — provided during registration or via Google sign-in
- Age and country — optional, used for leaderboard and score normalization
- Test results and answers — stored to calculate your IQ score and show history
- Device language — used to serve questions in your language
2. How We Use Your Data
- Account creation and authentication
- Calculating and displaying your IQ score and cognitive profile
- Leaderboard rankings (country and global)
- Daily challenge streaks and badge awards
- Improving question quality and app experience
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is only processed to provide the NeuralQ service.
4. Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Alternatively, email us at [email protected].
5. Data Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored securely. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text.
